Why do I need to register for the reunion?
The three restaurant venues require a head count in advance.
  • The head count is binding for the Reunion Dinner at the Country Club of Wilbraham.
  • The Reunion Committee must provide payment up front for this dinner.
Additional approximate head count is needed for:
  • Breakfast Walk to Rice Fruit Farm
  • Reunion Committee purchases
    • Classmate bags
    • Name tags
    • Memory Books
    • Class gift to Minnechaug
    • Other associated purchases
Kindly use the registration page to give us your
best guess about your attendance at all of the events.
What is Check-in at the Reunion?
Please check-in at the first event you attend
  • Friday Night Meet & Mingle check-in - 5:30 - 7:30
  • Saturday Minnechaug tour check-in -10:15 - 10:30
  • Saturday Reunion Dinner check-in - 5:30 – 6:00
  • Look for the check-in table located near the
    entry door of each venue
  • You only need to check-in once
At check-in you will:
  • be greeted, your attendance will be recorded.
  • receive a Reunion Bag containing the program of events, name tag/s, admission ticket/s for the Saturday Reunion Dinner, and a Memory Book .
  • Please wear your nametag to all events.
    Have we really changed that much?!!
Remember to bring your ticket/s to the
Country Club of Wilbraham on Saturday night!!!
When should I make my hotel reservations?
As soon as you can, particularly if you prefer a
specific hotel or location.
Our hotel room blocks offer limited availability.
  • To secure the special pricing, reservations must be made by October 10, and in one case by September 25.
  • There are also several big events
    taking place in the area on that weekend.
  • Many of the hotels will book up quickly.
May I pay for my reunion dinner on
Saturday Nov. 12 at the door?
No, the Reunion Registration Fee must be paid
by October 15th. Payments may be made through:
  • PayPal on the registration page
  • By check:
    • made out to Dr. Judy Flood
    • mail to Judy (Duncan) Flood
      2543 Mission Hills Court, Annapolis, MD, 21401
    • For further questions email Judy.
Note: Remember to bring your dinner ticket/s which will be
inside your Reunion Bag. Reunion Check-in at this venue
will be available from 5:30 to 6:00.
Which faculty members are planning to attend?

Several faculty are planning to attend the Reunion
Dinner on Saturday. At this time they include:
Judy and Dick Spencer, Ann and Mike Kober,
and Paul Deslauriers.
When and how do I register for the reunion?
In a nutshell, as soon as possible. The Reunion Fee must be paid by October 15th!
  • Classmate $55.00
  • Classmate’s Partner $45.00
  • $10.00 per person will be assessed
    for payments made after October 15th
  • The $55 fee includes:
    • Saturday night Reunion Dinner food only
      (no beverages)
    • Tax and gratuity are included
    • Classmate Reunion Bag, event brochure, name tag/s, dinner ticket/s, and Memory Book
    • Class gift to Minnechaug
  • Beverages are cash at the bar
  • The WCC will not accept payment of any kind
    the night of the event, other than for bar purchases
Payments may be made through:

    • Pay for service at your table, cash or credit card
    • Menu prices will be charged for any additional
      sides you choose
    • Note that since our size could overwhelm
      the kitchen, we are restricted to ordering
      the buffet and/or a few side options
What is the cancellation policy for the reunion?
Cancellations prior to October 15th.
  • Many up-front expenses paid for by the Reunion Committee are numbers dependent.
  • We regret that we cannot offer a full refund once your payment has been made.
  • Classmate: a refund check of $24.00, plus the Reunion Bag, Memory Book, and associated items will be shipped to your home address
  • Classmate’s Partner refund: $24.00
NOTE: After October 15, there will be no refunds.
What is the dress code for the Saturday night dinner?

Business casual. Dress as you would for a dinner out.

When do I pay for the Sunday breakfast?

On Sunday at Krazy Jake’s Restaurant
  • There will be a standard breakfast buffet.
  • The cost will be $10.95, plus tax and gratuity.
  • Additionally, you will be able to order from a small selection of a la carte items.
  • A separate bill will be presented to you at your table
  • Both cash and credit card will be accepted
How long will the tour of Minnechaug last?
Plan approximately 2 hours. Check-in is from 10:15 to 10:30 am with ceremonies and tour to begin at 10:30 am. Tour will include:
  • A recognition of our servicemen
  • A presentation of class gift to school
  • Guided tour of the new building, school store shopping

How do I pay for the Friday night Meet & Mingle?
Friday evening at the Anchor House - $10 /person at the door
  • Cash (preferred) or credit card upon admittance
  • Cash bar for beverages 
  • Tip jar at the bar for services
  • Casual attire
Reunion Check-in at this venue will be available
from 5:30 to 7:30. This event will end at 9:30.

Is the Friday Meet & Mingle a dinner?
No. Hors d’oeuvres, including pizza bites, will be served.
  • Cash bar for beverages
  • This is a stand-and-mingle cocktail hour
  • Only a few table and chairs will be available
  • Please plan to have dinner elsewhere afterwards
Should I make dinner reservations in advance for Friday night?

Yes. Dinner is on your own for Friday night.
If you are the type of person who wants more than
fast food, you should probably make reservations.
  • Several area events will be taking place that weekend
  • Restaurants nearby will be crowded
  • There will be a large equestrian event at the BIG E
    (the Eastern States Exposition) 
  • There will be at least two weddings taking place in Sturbridge
Will there be bus transportation provided
from Sturbridge?
Not at this time.
  • Everyone wants to have a good time, without worrying
    about drinking then driving  
  • We have explored the idea of renting a coach
  • The cost for 20-40 people is on the order
    of $18-35 per person 
  • If there is enough interest expressed in the Q & A form
    below    , we can try to arrange for round trip
    coach transportation
  • We would need to have at least 20 people
    pre-paid by September 1
